Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by the following methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard)
• Bank Transfer (information will be provided upon successful registration)
• Alipay (information will be provided upon successful registration)

All cancellation must be made in writing to mdo2026@icc.com.hk. If the written notification is received on or before 30 April 2026, 50% of the fees collected will be refunded and the refund will be made after the Symposium. No refund will be made thereafter.

• Registrations are subject to acceptance on a "first-come-first-served" basis.
• Each registrant should complete a separate ONLINE Registration Form.
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you could not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at mdo2026@icc.com.hk.
• The program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Symposium, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid.
• The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive.
• The participant recognizes and accepts that the Organizers of the MDO 2026 collect, process and store personal data exclusively for processing registration to MDO 2026 as well as for general preparation work for the Symposium.
• Registrants are responsible for their insurance against travel risk, injuries and loss of property.
• All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.
